Spira is first of all a chair with high comfort. Spira is a chair without being too big. It´s classical without being too old. It is architectural without being too assertive. It is easy to understand. Therefore, you can use Spira as an architectural element in both modern and classical rooms, as a simple chair in larger groups. Back and seat dominates the chair. To increase the seat comfort, Spira has a spring- steel element between frame and back which makes the back elastic when you sit in it. The meaning of Spira in Latin is technical spring. Spira come with or without arms in birch with chromium-plated or powder coated steel with arms in wood fiber. Upholstered to increase the comfort. Linking devices integrated into the chair and armchair for straight rows. Spira also is stackable.
Spira has been further developed with the addition of unique stacking protection. A one-piece plastic pan, which covers nearly the full underside of the seat, distributes the weight of the chair over a much larger area, making it possible to stack upholstered chairs. This protection minimizes stacking impressions in the seats. Material: The stacking protection pan is produced in plastic.
