This principle is also applied to the new Randers chair Pentagon. The spectator immediately notices the clear primary form of the furniture: a pentagon shape folded into a quadrant, bent backwards and then emphasized with a round cut. The result is an inviting and clever plywood shell with the surprice element of sublime simplicity.
The silk mat beech, which the chair is made of, gives it warmth and life. It radiates R. Randers high level of quality.
